During the course of the year, a series of sporting events take place in this region. These are very important both because of their technical nature and history. Long-distance walking, cycle rallies, endurance championships, motocross... cover the hills and mountains, paths, landscapes, towns and villages of the Segrerialb Consortium.
Bassella Race
Until 2009, Toni Soler Memorial. Motorbike event. Lasting a weekend, it is a real festival for motorbike fans placing the stress on endurance. However, riders with motocross and trial bikes can also take part.

Oliana Reservoir Circular Walk. Endurance test
Endurance test designed for the Catalan Endurance Walking Cup in the Alt Urgell Pyrenean foothills. A circular route alternating mountain massifs and ranges with different towns and villages of southern Alt Urgell: mountains such as Serra-seca, Serra d’Aubenç and Roca del Corb and urban centres like Alinyà, Romanins, Fígols, Organyà, Coll de Nargó, les Masies, Peramola and Tragó.

I Rialb, BTT tour
Formerly known as the Segre ride is a recreational bike trial, recognized throughout Catalonia. The test will be held on november 2011, trails and paths to move around the towns of Baronia de Rialb, Bassella, Peramola, Ponts and Tiurana.

Annual meet where the motorbike clubs from the province organise an international get-together of motorcyclists.
There are different activities throughout the day linked to the world of motorbikes, leisure, nature and gastronomy. The profits made are given to the Àngel Olaràn Foundation.

Endurance Championship, at Ponts
The promoter, Moto Club Segre, has always been committed to the endurance form. In 2011 it is planned to hold a race, counting towards the world championship, lasting three days (1.2 and 3 april) when the villages and mountains of the Segre Rialb Consortium will be filled with a large number of off-road fans and professionals.

3 Hours of Endurance Motocross of Ponts
Since 1993, the circuit Bosquet, in the town of Ponts, hosts the first race start of the Championship season in Catalonia, in the traditional event "Catalan resistance off-road." Including the current year, in 2011, as are 30 editions of this. The 3 Hours of Endurance Motocross Ponts, brings together junior and senior classes, spread over a total of 6 categories. The teams consist of one or two pilots, whose goal is to give the most laps for 3 hours, unable to stop the bike.

Ponts Canoe Championships 2011
Throughout this year, Ponts will be held three championships kayaking:
Catalan Cup, March 19
National Championship of Spain Children, 6 and 7 August
Championship Promotion of Catalonia, September 3.
During these days, the river Segre is full of emotions, where expert canoeists of all ages will enjoy playing and competing delint it all with their performances the spectators present.
