Hunting

Hunting is a highly developed recreational sport in Catalonia. The Segre Rialb Consortium offers both small game hunting of red-legged partridge and hare, and bigger game wild boar beating and roe and fallow deer stalking. There are also Private Hunting Estates with a half-closed season established in their Technical Hunt Management Plan.
Several aspects must be taken into account such as obtaining licences and permits, knowing when and where to hunt, and what species may be hunted.
